- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Layer the frozen tater tots evenly in the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder until well combined.
- Sprinkle the diced ham and shredded cheese over the tater tots.
- Pour the egg mixture evenly over the ham, cheese, and tater tots.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the top is golden brown. The center should feel firm when lightly pressed.
- Let the casserole cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
