- 4 blended bananas
- ¼ cup + 1 tbsp cocoa powder

- ¼ tsp baking soda

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a brownie pan with oil or baking paper.
- In a high-speed blender, blend all the ingredients until smooth. Alternatively, blend the bananas and mix all other ingredients together in a large bowl.
- Pour the batter into the prepared brownie pan.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Allow the brownies to cool before slicing them into 16 squares.
Notes
- Store leftover brownies in an airtight container for up to 3-4 days or freeze them for up to 2 months.
- If you want a richer flavor, you can add a tablespoon of nut butter to the batter.
