Ingredients

  • 2 cups oat flour
  • 4 blended bananas
  • ¼ cup + 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • ½ cup almond milk (or milk of choice)
  • ¼ tsp baking soda
  • ½ cup chocolate chips (sugar-free or regular)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a brownie pan with oil or baking paper.
  2. In a high-speed blender, blend all the ingredients until smooth. Alternatively, blend the bananas and mix all other ingredients together in a large bowl.
  3. Pour the batter into the prepared brownie pan.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  5. Allow the brownies to cool before slicing them into 16 squares.

Notes

  • Store leftover brownies in an airtight container for up to 3-4 days or freeze them for up to 2 months.
